Lobster Bisque Dip & Cooking Blend

Halladay’s Harvest Barn is a family owned farm in Bellow’s Falls, Vermont.

Simply mix 3 tablespoons of the mix with 1/2 a cup of sour cream and 1/2 a cup of mayo (or yogurt) for the perfect dip mix!

Can be used as:

• A perfect soup base
• Delicious dip mix (mix with fresh lobster/crab)
• A perfect topping for fish (crush up Ritz crackers, lemon, and butter fish/apply)
